We then apply a thermal and anti-condensation coat which raises the temperature of the surfaces by up to +3⁰ C. Therefore the thermal coating deflects the cold from the external walls and retains any heat inside the room thus helping with the thermal retention. This would equally assist in raising the surface temperatures and reduce the risk of condensation and mould

Finally we redecorate the area, using a special anti-mould emulsion paint
